The famous holiday lights on the River Walk will turn on this year on November 12th and remain on from dusk to dawn nightly now through January 10, 2022. Though turning on early this year, the official televised lighting ceremony in the Arneson River Theatre will take place on Friday, November 26, 2021 to kick off the holidays at the annual Ford Holiday River Parade.
Head out tonight to experience the spectacular display of over 100,000 lights (2,250 strings of light) draped over the towering cypress trees that line the River Walk. Visiting the River Walk to enjoy the spectacular holiday lights is free. The River Walk is a public park and is open every day of the year, 24 hours a day. Holiday lights are on the downtown portion of the River Walk.
