Have an adventure at Friedrich Wilderness Park today. The park has a great system of nature trails ranging from easy to challenging with some beautiful views of San Antonio! The park is located in the transition zone between the flat South Texas region and the Texas Hill Country. Two endangered birds, the golden-cheeked warbler and the black-capped vireo, can be spotted here during the summer. The Downtown San Antonio skyline can be seen clearly from the highest points in the park.
