While the city’s normal events to honor Martin Luther King Jr. Day have moved online, it is a great time to remind everyone that Congress designated today as a National Day of Service. Observed as “a day on, not a day off”, today celebrates MLK’s legacy by encouraging all Americans to volunteer today.
