The Snack Bar Food Truck is my new favorite guilty pleasure! Located in Helotes right next to Pedrotti’s Ranch, you’ll find a cute little food park with multiple trucks, @thesnackbarfoodtruck being one of them. Ordered a s’mores sundae and of course, fruity pebbles – both were muy delicioso. They also offer up other snacks like corn in a cup, brisket tacos, and aqua frescas!
Their hours are Thursday-Sunday, 5-10pm making them the perfect weekend pit stop. Enjoy!
